Best Songs to Sing at a Karaoke Bar

I've compiled a list of the most appropriate and entertaining songs to perform in a specific or more generalized karaoke environment. I'm sure some of you have your own ideas, but I would highly recommend exhausting my list first and learning from the logic inherent before trying songs of your own choosing.
First I will list the song title, then the artist, and finally an explanation for the track's inclusion in the list. The suspense must be killing most of you so let me begin without further ado:

1. "I Love the Nightlife"-Alica Bridges. The appeal of this track is twofold. First, it has kind of a surly, half-drunken melody line that allows the singer to snarl the words out and push a side of their upper lip towards their check as Elvis was prone to do. It also encourages the singer to gently sway their hips to the smooth rhythm-always a crowd-pleaser. More importantly, there is a part in the chorus that is totally unintelligible (I love the nightlife, I love to boogie, on the ....who the hell knows) and allows the singer to ad lib any number of bizarre, guttural noises.

2. "Careless Whisper"-Wham. Arguably having the greatest mastery of melody since The Beatles, Wham songs are simply easy and fun to sing.

Honorable mention:

"Kokomo" The Beach Boys.

If you stick with these classics, you'll be the hit of the party.
